By arrangement — usually a deposit at project start and the rest on handover. Everything is set out in a written quote beforehand.

How long does a repair take?
Screen and battery replacements are often done the same day, bigger repairs usually take two to three working days. You get an honest estimate up front.
What does a repair diagnosis cost?
The diagnosis is free and non-binding. You get a fixed quote afterwards, before anything gets repaired.
Do you repair devices from other brands too?
Yes, smartphones, tablets and computers regardless of brand. For very rare models I'll tell you upfront if parts availability is limited.
How fast will I get a reply?
Usually within one business day — often much faster. For urgent repairs, just message directly on WhatsApp.
