The diagnosis is free and non-binding. You get a fixed quote afterwards, before anything gets repaired.
How does payment work for websites?
By arrangement — usually a deposit at project start and the rest on handover. Everything is set out in a written quote beforehand.
Can I maintain my website myself later?
Yes. You get access to a simple admin system that lets you change content without coding knowledge. I'll show you how it works.
Do you repair devices from other brands too?
Yes, smartphones, tablets and computers regardless of brand. For very rare models I'll tell you upfront if parts availability is limited.
